Brendan has practised in the field of corporate recovery, insolvency and banking since 1992. He has wide experience in advising financiers and companies facing challenging financial circumstances across a broad range of industries including:

Brendan leads the firm's Transport and Logistics practice. He is well credentialed within the industry having undertaken a large number of transport company restructuring and consulting assignments and is frequently called upon to present at industry conferences on challenges facing transport operators. He is also a monthly columnist for Australasian Transport News via his "Cash Driver" column.
Brendan has acted as the Receiver and Manager of the Mannway Group of Companies, one of Australia's largest road transport operators as well as the Voluntary Administrator of Sunstate Transport Services.
Brendan also has extensive experience in the retail industry and was the Receiver and Manager of the Colorado Group, which incorporated the iconic retail brands of Colorado, JAG, Diana Ferrari, Mathers and Williams. He has also acted as Administrator of Bettina Liano Pty Ltd, Clive Peeters Limited and has been responsible for the management of NQR discount grocery chain and Steve Madden Australia.
