Gregg has more than 13 years experience in the corporate insolvency and turnaround sector, garnered through roles at Ferrier Hodgson and the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia (“ITSA”). He has been at Ferrier Hodgson for seven years.
In the Adelaide office, Gregg manages receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcies. His role also includes training and mentoring staff to ensure successful outcomes across the firm.
Gregg specialises in providing workable solutions to individuals experiencing financial hardship. He is experienced in the management of bankruptcy, Personal Insolvency Agreements (Pt X), Debt Agreements (Pt IX) and informal arrangements.
His experience with corporate receiverships and liquidations allows him to manage trade-on and sale matters and also undertake complex investigations into the affairs of companies in liquidation.
Amongst the high-profile roles Gregg has held with Ferrier Hodgson are the receiverships of Harris Scarfe and Nautilus Australia and the administration of Pasminco.
