Jim has over 13 years experience with Ferrier Hodgson specialising in insolvency and corporate restructuring. He has been involved in a number of formal and informal restructuring assignments involving complex business structures and syndicated lending facilities.
Jim has considerable experience in undertaking pre-lending reviews, business reviews and investigating accountant reports, assessing the financial position of borrowers and determining strategies to restructure or reduce debt.
He has completed assignments across a wide range of industries including finance, automotive, mining, recruitment, manufacturing, transport and medical devices.
Jim’s recent experience includes:
- Receiver of the Rick Damelian Group of motor vehicle dealerships.
- Restructuring adviser to the banking syndicate of a large UK / Australian recruitment group.
- Restructuring adviser to the lender to a multinational food group.
- Advising the banking syndicate on the Allco Finance Group matter.
