Neeraj is a specialist in business process management and business transformation with 20 years of international experience. A former senior manager at IBM, Neeraj’s background includes senior consulting leadership roles at IBM Global Business Services, PwC and Deloitte.
An expert in value-chain analysis and redesign, Neeraj has delivered business transformation services to clients in the telecommunications, banking, insurance, government, industrial and distribution sectors, working closely with senior business and IT management.
Neeraj’s specialist skill is to establish a comprehensive understanding of the client’s existing operations and associated challenges and issues, and to then develop practical operational visions and requisite business case justifications to alleviate their operational challenges.
He provides leadership in scoping, defining, prioritising and planning various improvement initiatives and projects to realise operational visions and achieve the associated business benefits.
