Parry has more than 30 years experience in the property and development industry, and rejoined Ferrier Hodgson as a Director in December 2008.
Since rejoining Ferrier Hodgson, Parry has overseen a full range of property assignments, including:
- 92 lot eco-tourism project at Noosa, including management of a significant construction program to complete 22 homes in stage 2, roadworks, car parking, and a community centre
- Completion of a 48 unit project at Robina
- Currently completing a 58 unit project at Tweed Heads
- Currently completing an 11 lot industrial land subdivision at Noosa
- Management and sale of a substantial sub-regional shopping centre at Underwood, Queensland
Previously, Parry acted as Senior Executive at Auscorp Ltd, responsible for numerous projects from land subdivisions, unit developments and hotels, covering all facets including feasibility, analysis, planning and approvals process, development and construction phase, through to project marketing.
In particular, Parry was responsible for Austcorp’s landmark residential project at Coomera Waters on the Gold Coast, which included nearly 1,700 lots and a 72 berth marina.
Prior to working at Auscorp Ltd, Parry worked for the Ferrier Hodgson Melbourne office throughout the 1990s as a key executive in charge of the work-out of significant property portfolios relating to the collapse of Farrow Group, Pyramid Building Society, Hooker Corporation and Custom Credit Ltd.
