Peter McCluskey is the Managing Partner of Ferrier Hodgson (Vic) and joined the practice in 1987.
Specialising in corporate insolvency, Peter has extensive experience in conducting all forms of corporate administrations, including receiverships, voluntary administrations and liquidations.
Peter also has extensive experience in carrying out consulting assignments to banks and financially distressed companies. More recently he has been engaged in significant assignments in the area of loan portfolio management and recovery.
Some of the major assignments in which Peter has been involved include Greater Pacific Investments Pty Ltd, the Pyramid Group of Building Societies, Custom Credit Corporation Limited and he has been involved in the successful restructure of the Pasminco Group.
Peter has a practical “hands-on” approach to all assignments. His active involvement in a wide range of industries has included:
