Robyn has more than 25 years experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency and has been at Ferrier Hodgson for 20 years. She has extensive experience in all forms of corporate insolvency administrations, complex corporate investigations, investigating accountant roles, asset tracing, trade-on monitoring and business rationalisation/realisation.
Robyn has worked on significant matters in telecommunications (including the Receivership of Australia’s first pay-TV operation), healthcare, property and construction, insurance/trusts, textiles, manufacturing, managed investment schemes (including agricultural plantations), horse breeding and racing syndicates.
In 2008 Robyn controlled the trade-on and subsequent sale process for a large childcare service provider in New South Wales. She also managed the voluntary administration and subsequent liquidation of 48 companies in the Commander Communications Group.
In 2009 Robyn concluded her role in a long-term expert witness matter for a major technology company involved in complex litigation for claims relating to shadow directorships, unfair preferences and insolvent trading.
