Sallyanne has experience in assisting directors and companies in both a formal and informal capacity.
The informal aspect of Sallyanne’s experience has entailed pre-lending advice and business reviews, along with advice on business strategy and viability, and business enhancement processes such as profit assessment and cash management.
The formal aspect of Sallyanne’s experience has incorporated all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency, from pre-process planning to receiverships, administrations, liquidations and DOCAs.
Sallyanne’s sector experience, whilst broad, includes professional practices, recruitment and training, property, manufacturing, licensed trade, music and media.
Sallyanne also spent a year on secondment to one of the UK’s largest banks, working with the business support and restructuring team and the asset-based lending division.
