Toshiyuki Ueda joined Ferrier Hodgson in 2007, specializing in the fields of corporate recovery, and insolvency and turnaround management. He has completed varisous complicated assignments with extensive knowledge he had acquired through his past experience.
Prior to joining Ferrier Hodgson, Toshiyuki has worked for SOFTBANK BB/Mobile Corporation, a major IT and mobile communiication company in Japan for three years where he was in charge of business plannings, market analysis, various valuations including but not limited to projects and corporations. He was also in charge for overseas strategies of the mobile communication ventures. Toshiyuki also has experience working in Vietnam for 4 years where he was in charge for setting up the office and starting the business in Vietnam at Sumikin Bussan Corporation.
