Financial Modeller/Financial Analyst

This role joins a team of specialist Forensic Accountants. Responsibilities include, preparing detailed financial models, analysing and interpreting financial data, preparing schedules and calculations, organising and analysing transactional information and drafting reports.

The successful candidate will have a good academic background with a degree in commerce, accounting or economics, an interest in commercial law and financial analysis and ideally (not essential) undertaking the CA/CPA program.

The specific skills and attributes we are looking for include;

  • Good attention to detail
  • A high standard and quality of work
  • Good written communication skills
  • A high level of numeracy
  • A keenness and ability to seek solutions and alternatives to problems
  • Demonstrated cooperative and constructive dealings with peers, others within the Firm and external contacts (including our clients)
  • An ability to handle a large amount of information and analyse trends
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • 6 months to 2 years experience as a Financial Modeller/Analyst
