Background Information:
Prior to my appointment as Liquidator, the Club had entered into an Amalgamation Agreement with Bulldogs Leagues Club Limited ("Bulldogs"). The purpose of the winding up and my appointment as Liquidator is to facilitate the amalgamation.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The amalgamation between the Club and the Bulldogs was completed on 4 January 2011. Bulldogs is now responsible for the Club's trading going forward.
Next Milestone and Estimated Timetable:
The Liquidator has requested creditors to submit particulars of their debt or claim.
Likely Outcome for Creditors and Timetable:
All outstanding claims up to 3 January 2011 will be discharged in full.
