On 9 February 2010, the Bank of Western Australia Limited appointed Morgan Kelly and John Melluish as Receivers & Managers of the Company.

The Receivers sold the Company's sole asset subject to the secured creditor's charge, being a property at an auction on 9 June 2010.

The property settled on 21 July 2010 and we expect to retire as Receivers & Managers of the Company in the near future.
