Max Donnelly was appointed Official Liquidator of the Company on 5 September 2008 pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court of Australia, on the application of the Australian Taxation Office.
An investigation of the affairs of the Company has been concluded and filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The salient points of the Investigation have been summarised in a report to creditors dated 06.02.2009.
At this stage it is unlikely that there will be enough funds to distribute a dividends to unsecured creditors.
