Morgan Kelly and John Melluish were appointed joint and several Receivers and Managers of the Property on 7 February 2011 pursuant to a registered mortgage granted in favour of St George Bank Limited.
The Property is a children's themed destination centre with plans for a swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurants, party facilities, childcare centre and medical centre.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
Base building works at the site are not yet complete.
The Receivers will continue to work with all stakeholders involved while completing works in an effort to complete the Property and present it for sale.
