Background Information:
Peter Walker and Max Donnelly were appointed Receivers and Managers to the assets and undertakings of B. Adams Investments Pty Limited and the Collaroy Beach Hotel (formerly the Surf Rock Hotel) on 19 March 2010 by Bank of Western Australia Limited.
The Receivers advise that the Collaroy Beach Hotel was sold to Keaphurst Properties Pty Limited on 22 July 2010.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The Receivers are currently in the process of finalising the Receivership and direct creditors to the below Circular to Suppliers regarding the sale of the Hotel.
