Background Information:
On 10 March 2010, Capital Finance Australia Limited appointed John Melluish and Steven John Sherman as Receivers and Managers of the Company pursuant to the provisions contained in a registered debenture charge created by the Company in favour of Capital Finance Australia Limited.
The Company is the registered ower of 59 properties at a waterfront complex in Merrimbula NSW.
Next Milestone and Estimated Timetable:
The Receivers and Managers have adopted a sale down strategy for all 59 properties in the form of private treaty sales. Since our appointment, four properties have been sold.
