Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly were appointed as Receivers of the Companies in November 2010. The appointment of Receivers to the Companies has been made by St George Bank Limited, the holder of fixed and floating charges over the assets and undertakings of the Companies. The circulars available on this page provide further details of the appointments.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The Receivers have ceased to operate the Ice Bar (effective 17 December 2010), Pavilion Hotel (effective 28 February 2010), the Brooklyn Hotel (effective 18 April 2011) and Bligh Bar (effective September 2011). The Receivers no longer control the assets of these hotels and withdraw all undertakings provided to suppliers. Please see the below circulars for further information.
