John Lindholm and George Georges were appointed Receivers and Managers of the Company on 14 January 2010 pursuant to the provisions contained in a registered debenture charge created by the Company in favour of Interpack Group Pty Ltd.

Climate Friendly Fertiliser Pty Ltd has developed a unique product range to provide farmers with a real alternative to current fertilisers on the market whilst responding to global climate change restrictions.

The business was at the R&D stage upon appointment and accordingly is not trading.

After conducting an urgent assessment of the Company, the Receivers and Managers have decided to advertise the business for sale.
