Background Information:
Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly were appointed Receivers and Managers of the Company on 1 October 2008 by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia pursuant to powers contained in an Equitable Mortgage dated 19 April 2006.
The Company owns and operates 5 hotels in the Liverpool, Richmond, Erina and Queanbeyan areas. It is the Receivers intention to continue to trade the Hotels in the ordinary course.

Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The Woodport Inn was sold by the Receivers to BWLC Investments Pty Limited on 6 May 2010.
The Club Tavern was sold by the Receivers to Entasil Pty Limited on 13 May 2010.
