On 26 March 2009, Morgan Kelly, Peter Gothard and Peter Geroff were appointed Receivers of certain assets of the Company, under a fixed charge in favour of GE Commercial Pty Limited. Peter Geroff subsequently retired as Receiver of the GE Commercial Pty Limited equipment on 12 May 2009.
On 31 March 2009, Peter Geroff and Will Colwell were appointed Receivers of certain assets of the Company, under fixed charges in favour of National Australia Bank Limited and St George Bank Limited.
The Directors of the Company appointed Nicholas Harwood and John Greig of Deloitte (QLD) as voluntary administrators of the Company on 31 March 2009.
The creditors voted to place the Company into Liquidation at the Adjourned Second Creditors Meeting on 16 September 2009 with Nicholas Harwood and John Greig being appointed Liquidators.
