("the Company")
T/A The Grand Hotel, Cobar ("the Hotel")
Peter Walker and Max Donnelly were appointed as Receivers and Managers ("Receivers") to the assets and undertakings of the Company on 4 April 2011 by Bank of Western Australia Limited, the holder of a fixed and floating charge over the assets and undertakings of the Company.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The Receivers have agreed a sale of the Hotel and control was handed to the purchaser on 22 September 2011. The Receivers are no longer in control of the operations of the Hotel and accordingly withdraw all undertakings provided to suppliers.
Suppliers should forward the final account for any goods and/or services rendered during the Receivers' trading period (4 April 2011 to 22 September 2011) to the below address:
