Background Information:
On 22 November 2010 John Hart and David Kidman were appointed Voluntary Administrators of ACN 007 664 771 Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (“The Company”), formerly known as “Keith Seeds Pty Ltd”.
The majority of the assets of the Company’s business were sold to PGG Wrightson Seeds (Australia) Pty Ltd prior to the Voluntary Administrators appointment on 22 November 2010. This included the name Keith Seeds. Growers and Suppliers should contact the purchaser regarding future arrangements.
A first meeting of Creditors was held at the Keith Institute, Keith, SA on 2 December 2010 and no Committee of Creditors was formed
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
At the second meeting of creditors held on 22 December 2010, the creditors resolved to have the company wound up, with David Kidman and John Hart being appointed Liquidator’s of the Company.
