Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly were appointed as Receivers of the Companies on 23 June 2009. The appointment of Receivers to the Companies was made by Bank of Western Australia Limited, the holder of fixed and floating charges over the assets and undertakings of the Companies. The circulars available on this page provide further details of the appointments.
The Receivers are continuing to operate the Mansions Hotel in the ordinary course pending completion of a sale.
The Receivers have ceased to operate the Oxford Hotel (effective 17 June 2010), the Peakhurst Inn (effective 21 July 2010) and the Vegas Hotel (effective 6 April 2011). The Receivers no longer control the assets of these hotels and withdraw all undertakings provided to suppliers. Please see the below circulars for further information.
