Background Information:
On 16 March 2011 the Company’s members appointed John Lindholm and Brendan Richards as Voluntary Liquidators of the Company.
The Company employed over 200 employees with 25 years of industry experience. The Company was formed in 2007 following the merger of two complementary businesses to provide national full service maintenance to the Australian retail fuel sector.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The Liquidators now control the Company and have begun the process of realising the Company's assets and winding up its affiars.
An investigation of the Group’s affairs will be conducted. Any creditor who has any information which would assist our investigation is requested to write to us setting out full particulars.
Next Milestone and Estimated Timetable:
Depending on the outcome of the Liquidators investiations in the affiars of the Company, we estimate the Liquidation should take between 6 to 12 months to complete.
Likely Outcome for Creditors and Timetable:
Due to the extent of secured and priority creditors, a distribution to unsecured creditors is unlikely. For this reason, we do not intend, at present, calling for Formal Proofs of Debt to be submitted by creditors.
