On 11 March 2009 the Company’s members appointed John Melluish and Morgan Kelly as Voluntary Liquidators of the Company, which was confirmed at the Meeting of creditors held on 27 March 2009.

Investigations are complete and all assets have been realised.

A second and final dividend will be distributed to unsecured creditors.

A first dividend was distributed to unsecured creditors on 15 November 2009.

A second and final dividend will be declared to unsecured creditors of the Company on 2 July 2010.
