A Deed of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”) was executed on 10 November 2009 with Messrs Martin Jones, Andrew Saker and Darren Weaver being appointed Joint and Several Deed Administrators of the Company on this date. The Deed Administrators are currently working with the DOCA proponent, NRG Capital Pty Ltd (“NRG”), in assisting with the recapitalisation of the Company.
