Background Information:
On 29 May 2001, Peter Walker and Steve Sherman were appointed Voluntary Administrators of One.Tel Limited ("One.Tel"). Subsequently, they were appointed Voluntary Administrators of the following companies:

One.Tel Digital Pty Limited ACN 069 272 402 (“One.Tel Digital”)
One.Card Pty Limited ACN 073 932 439 (“One.Card”)

One.Tel Networks Holdings Pty Limited ACN 086 158 714
One.Tel Networks Finance Pty Limited ACN 086 071 874
One.Tel Networks Pty Limited ACN 085 574 054
One.Tel GSM Spectrum Pty Limited ACN 084 312 667

On 24 July 2001, Peter Walker and Steve Sherman were appointed Liquidators of One.Tel and the abovenamed group companies.
Since that time, a number of the liquidations have been finalised. Currently, the liquidations of One.Tel, One.Net and One.Tel.Digital are ongoing, with the liquidation of One.Card to be finalised shortly.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
Creditors would be aware that to date dividends totalling 21 cents in the dollar have been paid in the One.Tel liquidation.
At this time the Liquidators are not in a position to declare any further dividend to creditors pending resolution of a number of matters. It is also not possible at this stage to estimate the timing of any possible further distributions.
Distributions in relation to the liquidations of One.Net and One.Tel Digital are dependent upon receipt of further dividends from One.Tel.
Next Milestone and Estimated Timetable:
The 10th annual meeting of creditors is to be held on 29 August 2011.
