The directors of the individual SAS Global Group company appointed Martin Jones, Andrew Saker and Darren Weaver as the joint and several Administrators pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001 over the following companies:

 Brian McMaster and Mark Mentha of KordaMentha was appointed as Joint and Several Voluntary Receivers and Managers ("R&M") over the following entities:

The first meeting of creditors for the individual SAS Global Group company will be held at the offices of Ferrier Hodgson Level 26, 108 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia at the following dates and times:

For the companies of which the meeting was adjourned for a period not to exceed a period of 45 business days, we summarised below the critical dates going forward:

At the second meeting of creditors, creditors will have a chance to decide whether the company should:

i. revert back to its directors;
ii. execute a deed of company arrangement; or
iii. be wound-up .
