Under the terms of the DOCA, the Deed Administrators may engage with the R&M's to negotiate the sale of assets with a view of reporting back to creditors with any recapitalisation proposals, which appear reasonable in the Deed Administrators view. A future meeting of creditors may be appropriate to consider any such proposals. Alternatively, should no viable proposals be received, the Deed Administrators may give a written notice to creditors that the DOCA is terminated.
