Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly were appointed as Receivers and Managers ("Receivers") to the assets and undertakings of the Companies on 10 March 2011 by Bank of Western Australia Limited, the holder of a fixed and floating charge over the assets and undertakings of the Companies. The circular provided below gives further details of the appointments.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
The Receivers have agreed a sale of the Venues and control of the hotel was handed to the purchaser on 28 April 2011. The Receivers are no longer in control of the operations of the hotel.
Suppliers should forward the final account for any goods and/or services rendered during the Receiver's trading period (10 March 2011 to 27 April 2011) to the below address:
