T/A Club Swans, Kings Cross ("the Club")
Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly were appointed Administrators to the Company on 17 May 2011 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.
The Club traded from leased premises at 28 Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross.
Creditors subsequently resolved to place the Company into Liquidation on 22 June 2011 appointing Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly as Liquidators, please see the below notification to creditors.
Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:
Following a review of the financial position of the Club and viability of the business, the voluntary administrators took the decision to cease trading the Club from close of business on Wednesday 18 May 2011.
