Current Status and Actions Required by Creditors:

All pre-appointment debtor recoveries have been made and the plant and equipment held by the Companies has now been sold. The Liquidators are now in a position to pay a dividend to Priority Creditors only.

A first and final dividend to priority creditors is to be declared on 22 October 2010

Next Milestone and Estimated Timetable:

A dividend is to be declared and paid on 22 October 2010. Once the cheques have been presented the Liquidator’s will proceed to finalise the matter and deregister the Company. Deregistration is likely to occur in December 2010.
