The Administrators are continuing to assess the Companies business operations and affairs. As part of this process a temporary continuation of trading has commenced on a limited scale.
Creditors are required to submit a proxy form and an informal proof of debt for the second meeting of creditors on Friday 10 June 2009. These are attached to the "Second Circular to Creditors" below. These forms are due by 4pm Thursday 9 July 2009.

Employees have been mailed a further circular on 2 July 2009 detailing particulars of GEERS claims and Payment Summaries (Group Certificate) for the tax year ended 30 June 2009.
The second meeting of creditors of the companies will be held on Friday 10th of July 2009 at the Royal Automobile Club of Australia, 89 Macquarie Street Sydney NSW 2000, at 10:00am.
