John Hart and David Kidman were appointed Receivers and Managers of Trident Tooling Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (Administrator Appointed) and Asia Pacific Tool Company Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) on 9 June 2009. George Georges, John Hart and David Kidman were appointed Receivers and Managers of the Mortgaged property of Active Plastic Industries Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (In Liquidation) on 9 June 2009. Collectively known as “the Trident Group.”

These former businesses of the Trident Group have now closed and the assets will be offered for sale shortly.

It is important to note that our appointment does not apply to Trident Plastics (SA) Pty Ltd (Administrator Appointed). This business is continuing to trade under Administration.
