Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly were appointed Agents for the Mortgagee (“Agents”) to the assets and undertakings of the above mentioned Company on 4 March 2009 by St George Bank Limited.
Sule Arnautovic of Jirsch Sutherland was appointed Voluntary Administrator of the Company on 4 March 2009.
On 8 April 2009, Peter Walker and Morgan Kelly retired as Agents and were simultaneously appointed as Receivers and Managers pursuant to the registered charge in favour of St George Bank Limited.
The Company operates 4 hotels in the Sydney metropolitan and Newcastle regions.

Please note that the Receivers and Manager’s appointment does not extend to Sunnyside Tavern and Town Tavern. These hotels have also been placed under external administration and are under the control of this office. The Receivers advise that the Buckland Hotel, Alexandria was sold to Inner Beach Hotels Pty Limited on 19 November 2009.
The Receivers advise that the Northbridge Hotel, Northbridge was sold to Stuart-Oldbury Pty Limited on 11 October 2010.
Please note that Central Hotel, Blacktown and Winners Circle Hotel, Wallsend continue to be traded in the ordinary course under the supervision of the Receivers.
