Australian Insolvency Management Practice

This CCH publication provides practical assistance for implementing effective individual and corporate insolvency management, providing a comprehensive guide to the day-to-day administration of insolvent debtors and companies.

The Practice was originally written in 1984 by the late Terry Taylor along with Ian Ferrier AM and Tony Hodgson AM, with Richard Fisher AM as the legal adviser. It has become a standard law and practice guide in the insolvency industry during the 25 years since then. The current author is Michael Murray, a lawyer with the Insolvency Practitioners Association and consultant to Ferrier Hodgson and a leading commentator in insolvency law. Richard Fisher remains as an adviser.

The Practice covers both personal and corporate insolvency and provides in depth practice commentary, analysis of the law, and referral to the relevant statutory forms and regulatory practice statements. It is updated 6 times annually with the latest case law, law changes and practice statements.

The publication is available from CCH Australia, a member of Wolters Kluwer, a leading national publisher and international services company. Subscriptions are available as an online licence; on CD; or in a loose-leaf version.

Any comments about the Practice or queries about its content can be made to Michael Murray.
